Terms & Conditions


Appointments are required for all sessions.  Please book in advance.

Payment Terms

Monthly pre-payment of all class fees is required at the beginning of the month.


To avoid a cancellation fee, it is each client’s responsibility to notify Bodyiq at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any appointments missed of cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to the full charge of the service booked. If you are going away, you can catch up the classes before and after you go away. However, it might not be at the same time as your original time slot.

If you have a standing appointment, inconsistent attendance will result in the loss of that time slot regardless of 24 hour notice.

Please note that the cancellation policy is in place to minimize disruption to other clients and as a courtesy to the instructor.  Your understanding and respect of the instructor’s time is appreciated.

Should Bodyiq need to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be notified 24 hours in advance and an alternative catch up session will be offered.

Classes/sessions are non-refundable/non transferrable to other people/ non transferrable to other months. Scheduling an appointment constitutes your acceptance of these policies.

Health Conditions and Pregnancy

The Client is responsible to disclose any chronic or other medical issues and injuries.

Waiver and Release

Bodyiq hereby indemnifies itself from all liability or responsibility whatsoever for bodily injury, damage to or loss of property or death, howsoever caused, and indemnifies and holds harmless the indemnified parties against any claim, loss, demands, liability, costs and expenses of whatsoever nature which may be made against any of it (including the costs incurred in defending or contesting any such claim) arising out of or connected [...]

Exercise Techniques

Latest exercise techniques are used in our studio. We focus on posture, core and strength exercises. We work with people with injuries and that want to improve their flexibility.

Classes Offered

We offer assistance to individuals, couples or groups in our studio.

Private classes: A one-on-one session with a certified instructor is recommended for the initial introduction to Pilates, and is also ideal for those who are experienced as the routine can be completely customized to your needs, yielding faster results.One-on-one classes are offered for the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, or a combination of all!

Duet classes:  This is a great option for couples, friends, moms and daughters or any two people who would like to enjoy a more private class while keeping each other motivated.

Group classes: Limited to 5 individuals. Group classes are conducted on the mat, utilizing your own body weight and small apparatus such as magic circles, therabands, physio balls, small weights and foam rollers. The foundation of all Pilates work starts on the mat.

Group class schedule:

Mondays 5.30pm & Wednesdays 4.15pm
Please note that private lessons are needed before joining a group class.
